1. Open "Sql Server Configuration Manager".

2. Click left panel "SQL Server Network Configuration" >> Click sub-tree "Protocols for SQLEXPRESS" >> right button on the mouse "TCP/IP" >> Click "Enabled" >> right button on the mouse "TCP/IP" >> Click "Properties"

3. Select top tab "IP Addresses" >> setting TCP PORT "1433" in "IPAll"

4. Click left panel "SQL Server Services" >> right button on the mouse "SQL Server (SQLEXPRESS)" >> Click "Restart".
