OpenIPMI command

Packages are OpenIPMI, OpenIPMI-tools, OpenIPMI-libs.

$ ipmitool -U username -P password -H 192.168.1.5 chassis power on
$ ipmitool -U username -P password -H 192.168.1.5 chassis power off
